*Ad – some products gifted for inclusion

Welcome to my 2026 gift guide which includes a range of gifts for the whole family to hopefully help inspire you when Christmas shopping this year.

From fun and funky gifts for kids such as 3Doodler 3D printing pens to how to gift a wonderful night’s sleep, I’ve got you covered.

Christmas Gift Ideas for Kids

PAW Patrol Holiday Rescue Advent Calendar Toy Figures Playset

If, like me, you’ve got a little Paw Patrol fan in your life, then this Advent Calendar is perfect for counting down to the festive season.

It features all your favourite Paw Patrol characters, including Chase, Skye and Rubble, as well as some stickers and everything you need to create a wonderful festive Paw Patrol scene.

My three-year-old little boy is so excited to get started with this!

He’s also getting a Paw Patrol Lookout Tower for one of his Christmas presents, so I know all the figures from the Advent Calendar will get plenty of use well into the new year.

Available From Amazon: PAW Patrol Holiday Rescue Advent Calendar Toy Figures Playset

Price: £24.55

3Doodler Starter + – Kids 3D Printing Pen

The 3Doodler pen is perfect for children who enjoy crafts and want to have a go at 3D printing their own designs.

Designed for children aged 6+, the 3Doodler pen is easy to use and doesn’t get too hot, making it suitable for younger users. It comes with a big bundle of filament in a mix of different colours.

The 3Doodler pen is rechargeable, and each charge should give around 45–60 minutes of use.

If you’re looking for something a bit different, there’s also a candy version of the 3D printing pen.

This allows you to 3D print your own sweets and candies. These would be perfect for topping Christmas cupcakes or making edible Christmas decorations!

While this product is aimed at children, I definitely think adult supervision is needed for the initial set-up and while your child gets to grips with it.

Available at Smyths and John Lewis

3Doodler Start+ RRP: £39.99

3Doodler Candy RRP: £44.99

Rampage Scooter from Skates.co.uk

This is the second scooter we’ve had from Skates.co.uk, and we’ve always been really happy with the overall quality.

My eight-year-old’s scooter was in need of an upgrade, so we opted for this foldable, light-up rainbow scooter.

A folding scooter is always a must for us, as it makes taking it out and about so much easier. It can be folded up and carried if we need to pop into any shops, and it also means we can easily fit it in the back of the car if the boot is already full.

And of course, my eight year would inist the rainbow colours and lights are an essential too!

Skates.co.uk offer a huge range of scooters, including stunt scooters, as well as roller skates and pretty much every accessory you could possibly think of!

Cuddly Readers Tablet Stand & Book Holder from ThinkingGifts.com

This cute kitty makes a lovely gift for any child who loves to read or likes to play on their tablet.

It’s soft and squishy, with a hot pink colour and handy storage pockets at the back. Perfect for using at home, in the car or while travelling.

It’s also available in a range of designs, including a sloth, dinosaur, unicorn, owl and puppy.

Available here: Cuddly Readers Tablet Stand & Book Holder from Thinking Gifts

Price: £24.99

Allergy-Free Treats From PLAYin CHOC

Christmas can be tricky for children with allergies, and these boxes from PLAYin CHOC make a great option for small gifts, stocking fillers, or treats for children that can’t have dairy or gluten or are following a Vegan diet.

Each box contains two individually wrapped chocolates, a 3D puzzle toy and a fun fact. They are organic, allergy-free, and fully sustainable.

These are available as a box of six, perfect for sharing among friends and family.

Available from PlAYinCHOC and Ocado

Price: £15 for 6 boxes

Cool Christmas Gifts for Teens

Air Up Bottle & Scent Pods

Air Up bottles remain popular with both teenagers and adults. The scent pods work by using your sense of smell to trick your brain into thinking you’re tasting a particular flavour, when you’re actually just drinking water.

As they contain no sugar or additives, they’re a great way to encourage your teen to drink more water without relying on sugary drinks, which can also be better for their teeth.

They’re also perfect for taking to school, where certain high-sugar drinks might be limited or banned. I loved the deep purple colour of this bottle, and my favourite flavour was the Peach Iced Tea.

Available here: Shop All Air Up Bottles From £25

Available here: Shop Scent Pods From £6.99

Heart Bracelet from Jewellery for Teens

If you’re looking for cool gift ideas for teenagers, then look no further.

Jewellery for Teens specialises in jewellery for teenagers, balancing that line between pieces feeling grown-up enough while still being designed to suit a younger age group.

I think these would make lovely stocking fillers or be perfect for teenage girls to give to their friends. All products come with free delivery and gift wrapping, and you can also include a personal note.

I chose the heart bracelet for its simple, elegant design.

Available here: Heart Bracelet

Price: £28

Personalised Christmas Gift Ideas for Adults

Personalised Photo Gifts with CEWE

Personalised gifts are always a popular choice at Christmas, especially for family members such as grandparents.

What I loved about the gifts from CEWE was that there were quite a few options I hadn’t seen before, including the personalised cookie jar.

My children are absolute cookie fiends, so I thought this would make a lovely joint gift for them.

I was very tempted by the Christmas cookie jar design, but in the end decided to opt for something we could use all year round.

I think we’re going to end up with lots of renditions of ‘who stole the cookie from the cookie jar’ over the festive period!

I also ordered a personalised notebook for my mum, using the same picture as it comes from a lovely family day out we had with her over the summer. I liked that you can personalise both the front and back of the notebook.

I’ve chosen just one photo here, but you can use templates that allow you to use several.

Available to buy:

Personalised Cookie Jar from CEWE from £21.99

Personalised Notebook from CEWE from £12.99

Christmas Gift Ideas for Women

Lee Stafford Hair Care Products

These products from the Lee Stafford range make excellent gifts while still being practical and useful.

First, we have the Lee Stafford Hair Perfume mists. Now, I’m going to be honest and admit that I didn’t even know hair perfume was a thing! But I’ve really enjoyed testing these.

The products are designed to do several things: impart a lovely fragrance, tame frizz (which I very much need!), add glossiness and protect your hair against heat, UV and pollution, without making it feel heavy or greasy.

These make a great stocking filler as a standalone product, or you could opt for the Hair Scentsations trio as a gift.

Next, we have the Coco Loco product range, which is designed to help replenish dry hair. These products smell lovely and use a blend of coconut oil and agave essence to help seal in moisture and add shine.

Available from Boots

Lee Stafford Coco Loco Range from £9

Scentsations Gift Set £17.50

Mario Badescu Beauty Products

Mario Badescu has a fantastic range of gifts this year, perfect for Christmas gifting.

My personal favourite is the 3 Mini Lip Masks Ornament, which can be hung from the Christmas tree. These would also make a lovely stocking filler or a fabulous addition to a beauty hamper.

Look Fantastic: Mini Lip Mask Collection £16

There is also a trio of lip care products in three flavours: Original, Mint and Pomegranate & Guava. These are designed to keep lips feeling soft and conditioned, which is especially useful in the middle of winter!

Just My Look: Pomegranate & Guava Lip Balm £8

There is also the In The Clear gift set, which includes three products to help care for blemish-prone skin.

The set includes Mario Badescu’s popular Drying Lotion, some drying patches, and a Repairing Facial Spray with Hypochlorous Acid.

Boots: Mario Badescu In The Clear £21

Fun and Unusual Christmas Gifts For The Family

These gifts are great for the whole family or simply topping up your board game cupboard for the festive period.

Not Mushroom from Gibsons Games

I love playing board games and, while quizzes are usually more my thing, I did really enjoy giving something different a try.

The game has two phases. First, the growing phase, where players painstakingly put their mushrooms together, followed by the harvesting phase, where they take turns picking mushrooms when there’s no room to build any more.

This game is quite tricky and you definitely need a steady hand and good coordination!

Its compact size means it’s great for taking along to family gatherings, and I liked that there weren’t any plastic components in the box. It’s also a nice quick gaming taking around 15-20 minutes.

Not Mushroom is suitable for 2-6 players and ages 8+.

Purchase: Not Mushroom – Gibsons Games

Price: £14

Cases and Clues Murder Mystery Games

Cases and Clues are fun and interesting murder mystery games that come with everything you need for a fun night in over the festive period.

You can choose a classic murder mystery or something with a particular theme, such as the Sherlock Holmes-inspired A Grave Inheritance, or festive mysteries including Killer Christmas Party and A Christmas To Die For.

They take around 2-4 hours to complete, depending on how skilled you are at solving the mystery! My friends and I did take slightly longer, but there might have been rather a lot of unrelated chatting going on as well!

The slim packaging also makes these great for taking away on trips or sending to loved ones.

This is the sort of thing I would personally love as a Christmas gift. It also makes a great Christmas night in if you’re unsure what to do, or would rather keep things budget-friendly with a night in instead of an expensive meal out.

Purchase: Killer Christmas Party

Purchase: Sherlock Holmes – A Grave Inheritance

Price: From £30

Cool Practical Christmas Gifts They’ll Actually Use

LunaCore Pillows From Martian Dreams

Pillows might seem like a boring gift, but actually, a comfortable night’s sleep is worth more than you might expect.

One trend I’ve noticed among my friends in particular is asking for practical gifts that are perhaps an upgrade or a more luxurious choice than their usual budget would allow.

These pillows are adaptable, as you can remove filling until they’re just right for you.

Their cooling technology is designed to stop you getting too hot, while the blend of filling (a mix of gel-infused memory foam and microfibre) means the pillows hold their shape rather than going flat.

All these added layers of comfort should help you get a really good night’s sleep.

I’ve been using these pillows for a few weeks now and I can confirm that they’re super soft and comfortable, and have retained their shape really well.

It’s worth noting the Pillows arrive vaccum packed (which to be honest does make for easier transportation!) and will need some time to puff up.

Price: £49.00

Charity Shop Gift Card

As someone who loves shopping second-hand, the Charity Shop Gift Card is something I always like to include in my gift guides.

It’s practical, especially for anyone who is passionate about sustainability, and makes a great alternative to buying a gift card for a fast fashion brand.

I’ve actually bought one of these for someone this Christmas and intend to give it with a printed list of all the nearby charity shops where they can use it. It’s worth noting that not all charity shops accept the card, so it’s worth checking which ones are participating in your area.

You can purchase these from participating charity shops or other retailers such as Boots, Sainsbury’s and Tesco.

Purchase Here: Charity Shop Gift Card

Price: From £10

Helly Hansen Adore Puffy Parka

Now, I am the first to admit that this one is a bit of a splurge. But everyone has different budgets, and sometimes it’s nice to be able to spoil the people we love.

As well as being practical, a well-made coat is one of those things someone might not necessarily spend a huge amount on themselves, but receiving one as a gift can make them feel really well cared for.

Warm and stylish, this coat is perfect for the school run, dog walks or even a blustery Boxing Day walk along the beach.

It’s a thigh-length puffer parka with warm synthetic insulation to keep you cosy on colder days and personally I love a coat long enough to sit on when I watching the kids in the park!

The water-resistant outer is practical for changeable weather, while the fold-up reflective details are a useful extra for those dark winter mornings and evenings.

Purchase here: Helly Hansen Women’s Adore Puffy Parka

Price: £300

Cool Christmas Gifts for Food and Drink Lovers

Food makes a great gift at Christmas – here are a couple of my top picks for topping up those homemade gift hampers.

We Are Coffee Co

Now, I must admit, I’m not the coffee drinker in our household. But my husband is, and as luck would have it, we’d actually been given a coffee machine by a relative the same day We Are Coffee Co got in touch. So he was very excited to get started trying these different coffees!

He’s not a morning person, so his first choice was Blazing Trails, which has a strong, earthy taste with a little bit of sweetness. Perfect for drinking on his hour-long commute.

Roasted in small batches in Glasgow, these speciality coffees are available as whole bean, cafetière or espresso. The three house blends make a lovely gift for any coffee lover, giving them the chance to try something a bit different.

And as if you needed another reason to order, there’s currently free delivery on your first order.

Purchase Here: The Crafted Classic Blends Coffee Collection Series Gift Pack

Price £24.99

Opies Fruits in Alcohol

I love Opies Fruits in Alcohol at Christmas time. They make an indulgent treat just as they are, can be used in pies and desserts, and look fantastic as part of an indulgent Christmas hamper.

To be honest, I like to keep it simple just smother them in double cream!

They’re especially good for the foodie in your life or someone you don’t quite know what to buy for. My personal favourite is the peaches (not pictured), but the cherries and pears are just as lovely.

In need of recipe inspiration? Take a look here.

Opies Fruits with Alcohol are available from Morrisons from the end of October.

Available: Morrisons, Amazon.
