Premier Princess Parties Review

If you’re looking for a fun, magical experience for your little one in Somerset, I’ve got the perfect recommendation: Premier Princess Parties, based in Taunton.

Premier Princess Parties hosts a variety of ticketed princess-themed events throughout the year and also offers tailored birthday parties and special events for older children.

We recently attended an Elsa-themed party, and we had such a fantastic time that I just had to share our experience and support this wonderful small business.

Premier Princess Parties Review – Half Term Elsa Princess Party

My daughter is six years old and is in full-on “I want to be a Disney Princess” mode.

She loves dressing up, and she does so almost every day after school and on weekends. Elsa is her absolute favourite princess, and we even took a trip to London to see the Frozen musical.

So, you can imagine her excitement when I told her we were heading to a special princess party to meet Elsa in person!

These events are similar to a children’s birthday party, but you just need to buy a ticket to attend.

There would be glitter face make-up, nail painting, singing, and lots of dancing.

And of course, she had an amazing time.

The party kicked off with Elsa’s grand arrival, and wow, she looked stunning. I have to admit, I’m a little jealous of her flawless makeup skills!

My daughter was convinced she met the real Elsa.

All the little princesses (and one little prince) were given a glass of pink fizzy drink to start things off while Elsa chatted with them about which of the two Frozen movies was their favourite.

Next came some fun games, where every child got to pick a small prize—sweets, jewellery, or a toy.

We then moved on to face painting, where Elsa painted a glitter rainbow on each child’s face in the beauty parlour area.

It was such a nice touch, giving the children one-on-one time with Elsa, who did an excellent job hosting the whole party.

The fun continued with some dancing games, where the kids could win another prize. Then, Elsa painted their nails and, before we left, each child had a chance for a photo opportunity.

Elsa even stuck around to give hugs and chat with everyone as they were leaving.

I was honestly blown away by this experience, especially considering tickets were only £10. Given that face painting or glitter tattoos often cost over £5 on their own, I thought this party offered incredible value for money.

What We Loved About the Elsa Princess Party:

  • Elsa hosted the entire event and spent quality time with every child, making sure she interacted with them individually, even with the shy ones.
  • Very affordable—at just £10 per ticket, with one accompanying adult included for free, it’s a great deal.
  • No long lines—if you’ve been to Disneyland, you know how exhausting waiting to meet princesses can be.
  • The venue was beautifully decorated, creating a magical atmosphere.
  • There were plenty of affordable items at the princess shop, with things starting at just £1.
  • Watching a group of excited little girls belting out “Let It Go” was simply adorable.
  • No pressure to buy into other more expensive events.
  • Children are encouraged to dress up in their princess outfits.
  • Booking was easy, and tickets were quick to add to my phone’s wallet.
  • The party lasted 90 minutes, which is a perfect length, especially for younger children.

Would We Book Again?

Absolutely! We would definitely book again to meet a princess or attend another one of Premier Princess Parties’ events. They offer a wide variety of events throughout the year geared towards both boys and girls and children of all ages.

In fact, my daughter’s grandparents have already decided to give her a one-on-one princess experience for her birthday. She’ll get to choose her princess gown and tiara, have her hair and nails done, and enjoy a private photoshoot.

We’re also keeping an eye on the events over the Easter holidays to see which ones we can fit into our schedule.

There are even parties for older kids and tweens such as Taylor Swift spa parties and makeup tutorials. While some events may be slightly more expensive, it’s usually because they offer additional experiences, such as crafting or food.

For more information, you can take a look at Premier Princess Parties Facebook page.

I recommend scrolling back as they had some wonderful events over the Christmas period that I would attend if they ran again this year.

Finally, I just want to mention that this is not an ad, we paid for our ticket and I simply wanted to write about what a lovely time we had.
